I can’t sleep. I’ve tried for my entire life to conform to the hours of a capitalist society, but I just can’t do it. My optimal sleep for creativity happens between 2–3 am and 9:30–10 am.
I also suffer from morning anxiety. Every single morning I wake up in a panic thinking I’m late. I’m sure this stems from years and years of working at places where I had to be there at 8 am. Now, that anxiety looks like panic that I have missed an important message or I’m late with a project.
